<p><span>FFE Procurement Executive will be a key member of the commercial division and will have the responsibility of handling procurement related to FFE and Fitouts projects.</span></p><p><span>This role will require close collaboration with internal team of Design, projects and FFE and will work with all external stakeholders such as subcontractors, suppliers at various levels to achieve overall project objectives. </span></p><p><span>This will be measured by the following key results:</span></p><p><span>· Total project savings through purchases.</span></p><p><span>· Meeting deadlines and bringing in standard suppliers.</span></p><p> </p><p><span>Outline of Duties: </span></p><ul><li>Ability to read and understand FF&E plans and material specifications, familiarity with furniture and fitout industry standards.</li><li>Experience handling multiple projects and timelines, organizing project procurement and clearly communicate critical updates with program stakeholders.</li><li>Manage regular job responsibilities of Purchase orders as per budget, Supplier negotiations and logistics management.</li><li>Assist estimation in pricing for tendering projects.</li><li>Assist FFE and projects team in samples for client presentation.</li><li>Collaborates in and will be responsible for delivering a project on defined budget requirements.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to be proactive, flexible, efficient and task focused in a fast paced deadline driven environment.</li><li>Follow the documentation process as per the procurement policy.</li><li>Participates in team meetings to discuss project issues, technical issues and coordination with other disciplines.</li><li>Generate weekly and monthly procurement reports including the FF&E report as requested by the management.</li><li>Manage entries in ERP system.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><span>Ideally, You’ll Also Have:</span></p><ul><li>Min 2-3 years’ employment history in the Interior fitout company in FFE procurement role.</li><li>Strong in technical skills in CAD.</li><li>Exposure working in high end residential or hospitality projects is a must.</li><li>Knowledge in branded furniture, lightings, carpets, curtains, wallpaper, flooring and accessories is a must.</li><li>Familiarity handling international procurement and European Furniture brands would be an advantage.</li><li>Available to join within 2 weeks.</li><li>The role might require travelling to project sites or inspection in production facilities based on business needs.</li><li>Experience with managing and performing duties in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p><br></p>
