About the role
– Harmonize the way of work within the SO Team
– Documentation of all procedures and reporting
– Coaching for New Comers
– Drive new initiatives to develop the team learning process and improve service quality
– Lead all management and Governance meetings and presentations representing the whole team (CoPil, SLB, Service reviews, Governance… etc.)
– Process Updates across all SO domains and operations’ teams
– Manage projects across FE domain as needed
