F&B Operations Supervisor

Job Description

<p>The F&amp;B Operations Supervisor will assist the Operations Manager responsibilities by coordinating and managing the operation of the F&amp;B outlets, ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction, productivity, maximization of revenue and resources, and effective control.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>• Oversees ordering, purchasing, and stocking F&amp;B products and follows up on F&amp;B requests to ensure all aspects of F&amp;B outlet’s operations run smoothly on a day-to-day basis.</p><p>• Plans and supervises all catering projects activities to ensure optimum customer service.</p><p>• Plans and supervises all pastry kitchen activities to ensure the availability of all products at high standards.</p><p>• Oversees control stock movement levels and transfers to ensure availability of raw materials in all outlets.</p><p>• Arranges kiosk outlets and store areas for events to ensure a proper products display.</p><p>• Follows up on the maintenance of outlets equipment to avoid any delay in production.</p><p>• Assists with F&amp;B monthly stock-take to ensure track any financial impact.</p><p>• Follows up of variance discrepancies discovered in end of month reports and escalates to management to ensure take corrective actions if needed.</p><p>• Monitors the implementation of systems procedures in all outlets and coordinates with audit and business teams to ensure compliance with established procedures.</p><p>• Coordinates the marketing and promotional activities to ensure a proper presentation.</p><p>• Coordinates the sourcing and testing for the new products and menus to ensure tasting committee satisfaction. </p><p>• Establishes production and staff schedules to ensure timely delivery of food services.</p><p>• Any other duties as directed by the Food and Beverage Manager.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications: </strong></p><ul><li> Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Hospitality management, or any related field. </li><li>Strong English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken)</li><li>7 Years of experience.</li></ul>
