<p>Within our Commercial real estate team, the F&amp;B Manager Sales &amp; Leasing will oversee and manage the sales and leasing of all Food &amp; Beverage (F&amp;B) spaces within the company’s portfolio of properties and procuring new properties. They will work closely with the property management teams and external F&amp;B, retail companies to ensure the highest levels of tenant satisfaction and revenue generation.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Develop and execute sales and leasing strategies for F&amp;B clients in the company’s portfolio to maximize sales and revenue. </li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Maintain and build relationships with existing F&amp;B tenants, identifying new opportunities for leases, renewals, and expansions.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Identify and attract new F&amp;B tenants to the company’s properties through market research, networking, and other business development strategies.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Procure F&amp;B spaces for the company.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Negotiate lease agreements with potential F&amp;B tenants, ensuring that all legal and regulatory requirements are met.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Monitor and analyze F&amp;B sales and leasing performance, providing regular reports to senior management and identifying new opportunities for sales and leasing.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop and implement marketing campaigns and events to promote F&amp;B offerings in the company’s properties.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Stay tuned to the current industry trends and best practices related to F&amp;B sales and leasing.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Participate in budget planning and forecasting related to F&amp;B sales and leasing.</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in F&amp;B sales and leasing, preferably in a commercial real estate or hospitality setting.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Strong knowledge of the F&amp;B industry and market trends.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>The F&amp;B Manager Sales &amp; Leasing plays a critical role in the success of the company’s F&amp;B offerings, and as such, must be a highly motivated, results-driven, and strategic thinker.
