<p><span>We are seeking an experienced and results-driven F&amp;B Event Sales Manager to join our team at Media One Hotel. As the F&amp;B Event Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through the successful promotion and execution of events in our food and beverage outlets</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to attract clients and promote F&amp;B events.</li><li>Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate events, private parties, and special occasions.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other potential customers.</li><li>Collaborate with the F&amp;B team to create event packages, menus, and offerings that meet client needs and preferences.</li><li>Conduct site visits and provide personalized event planning assistance to clients.</li><li>Prepare and negotiate event contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are clear and agreed upon.</li><li>Ensure seamless communication and coordination between clients and the operational team to execute successful events.</li><li>Monitor and report on sales performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize revenue.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to remain competitive in the market.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ol><li>Previous experience in sales and event management within the F&amp;B industry is highly desirable.
