What you will be doing:
– Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
– Welcomes guests and provides a high standard of restaurant service.
– Promotes the F&B offer.
– Offers an attentive service to guests, adapting to any constraints.
– To have a complete knowledge of all food & beverage menus s and other food and beverage products in details and be able to advise guests accordingly.
– To be responsible for the set-up, implementations, sales and reports of all promotions in the outlet Offer suggestions for future promotions and keep up-to-date with the promotional activities of competitive hotels.
– Contributes globally to guest satisfaction through the quality of his/her work
– and exemplary behaviour.
– Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items and preparation methods
– Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
