Overview:

We are seeking a talented and driven Fashion Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. As part of the retail team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have an exceptional shopping experience by providing personalized service, product knowledge, and style advice.

Responsibilities:

·       Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.

·       Assist customers with their purchases, providing personalized service and product recommendations.

·       Ensure that the store is always well-stocked, organized, and clean.

·       Process transactions and handle cash and card payments accurately.

·       Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and product offerings to provide the best possible service to customers.

·       Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and drive business growth.

·       Contribute to the overall success of the store by performing other duties as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

·       High school diploma or equivalent.

·       At least 3-5 years of experience in a retail sales role, preferably in fashion retail.

·       Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to work well in a team environment.

·       A keen eye for fashion and trends.

·       Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
