<p>Seeking an experienced Factory Manager with expertise in sandwich panel production as detailed below.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><span>Planning and organizing production schedules with production folks</span></li><li><span>Hands-on experience in Sandwich Panel Production</span></li><li><span>Analyzing the root cause for any defects in the Production</span></li><li><span>Estimating, Negotiating, and agreeing on budgets and timescales with managers</span></li><li><span>Determining quality control standards</span></li><li><span>Providing any developments/advancement on the Production line to increase the efficiency</span></li><li><span>Overseeing production processes</span></li><li><span>Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary</span></li><li><span>Selecting, ordering, and purchasing materials</span></li><li><span>Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met</span></li><li><span>Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment</span></li><li><span>Liaising with buyers and marketing and sales staff</span></li><li><span>Supervising and managing the work of junior staff</span></li><li><span>Organizing relevant training sessions</span></li><li><span>Should be able to maintain the speed/capacity of the line with the highest efficacy rate</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><span>Bachelor of Engineering (EP/MP)</span></li><li><span>10+ years of experience in Production Operations</span></li><li><span>5+ years experience in a managerial capacity</span></li><li><span>Excellent project management skills</span></li><li><span>Able to speak business English level</span></li></ul>
