It delivers the entire spectrum of services for OA鈥檚 based on sound accounting principles and aims to deliver long-term value.</p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p>1.<span> Ensures that Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks are carried out in accordance with the schedule, frequency, and task lists and provides reports on any works required thereafter.</span></p><p>2. <span>Maintain, operate all HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, building management system, and building repairs.</span></p><p>3. <span>Carries out routine facility inspection to monitor work and schedule, and report on condition affecting operations.</span></p><p>4. Respond to all emergencies available within 24/7<span>.</span></p><p>5. <span>Prepare and submit summary reports of conditions in buildings and recommend actions to be taken.</span></p><p>6. <span>Meeting Owners/Tenants and attending to their complaints and issues based on management instructions.</span></p><p>7. <span>Facilitate meeting between Owners/Tenants/Clients to ensure complaints are resolved and work alongside with the Community management team to ensure smooth operations.</span></p><p>8. Carry out Building/Asset Audits and the building audit score card 鈥榮 introduced by the management.</p><p>9. Monitor the AMC contractor daily operation and confirm the job done within the specified service level agreements and operational policies.</p><p>10. Ensuring the Service provider complete the PPM as scheduled and approved.</p><p>11. <span>Responds in a prompt and efficient manner to all reactive issues and help desk requests.</span></p><p>12. <span>Perform any other duties as requested by Direct Manager.</span></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong> </p><p><strong>Academic Qualification:</strong> </p><p>路 Must be Diploma holder in Engineering.</p><p>路 <span>Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) & Quality Control (QC) certification </span>(Is Preferable).</p><p><strong>Professional Experience:</strong></p><ol><li><strong>路 Must have Min. 1 to 2 years of experience in Owners Association and Community Management. </strong></li></ol><p>路 Min. 3-5 years in Facility Management experience in UAE.</p><p>路 Good understanding of operations in Jointly Owned Property.</p><p>路 Knowledge of Community Management.</p><p>路 Intermediate understanding of facilities management services for buildings.<strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Other Skills/ Requirements:</strong></p><p>路 Good command over written and spoken English.</p><p>路 Proficient in computer and internet skills.</p><p>路 Must have UAE Driving Licence</p>
