Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Overseeing maintenance and repairs
2. Managing staff, including maintenance, security, cleaning, and landscaping staff
3. Managing budgets and schedules
4. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
5. Managing renovations and new construction projects
6. Ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly
7. Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the facility
8. Managing vendor relationships and contracts
9. Preparing reports for upper management
10. Ensuring that the facility is clean and well-maintained.
