Contract type<br><br>Permanent<br><br>Full time / part time<br><br>Full time<br><br>Department<br><br>Property Management<br><br>Location<br><br>Abu Dhabi, UAE<br><br>Role / Team Overview<br><br><strong> The Role <br><br></strong>Savills Real Estate LLC is seeking a competent forward-thinking Facilities Engineer in Abu Dhabi.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><ul><li>Carries out technical inspections throughout Abu Dhabi portfolio. </li><li>Inspects the quality of PPM and reactive services carried out by service providers. </li><li>Liaises with vendors for any kinds of works requested or approved by landlord. </li><li>Creation of scope for the vendor to share the proposal. </li><li>Review of technical aspects of the quotes submitted by vendors. </li><li>Vacant unit quality inspection. </li><li>Review of PPM and reactive reports. </li><li>Follow up and review of monthly reports and invoices from the TFM vendor. </li><li>Inspection of Statutory compliance and ensures that it is compliant. </li><li>Review of PPM schedules and ensures that the PPM is carried out as per the shared schedule and contractual agreement. </li><li>Liaising with landlords and attending to any requests from them as per contract. </li><li>Ensures that the service delivery of the vendors are as per the agreed contractual terms with the landlord. </li><li>Ensure that minimal escalation arises from landlords. </li><li>Carryout daily, weekly and monthly inspections on hard and soft services and document them accordingly. </li><li>Escalates issues then and there promptly. </li><li>Clear understanding of the KPI’s and SLA’s for the contracts. (both Savills and service provider)</li><li>Carry out other assigned tasks as provided by the line manager. </li><li>Report generation in the form of technical reports, recommendation letters for quote and other ad-hoc reports. </li><li>Carry out move-in and move-out inspection reports. </li><li>Attend meetings with all and any stakeholders involved (landlord, contractor and vendor)</li><li>Brief understanding about MEP, FLS, and other specialized systems and its functioning. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Skills, Knowledge And Experience<br></strong><ul><li>4 years’ experience in the relevant field. </li><li>Must be based in Abu Dhabi . </li><li>Driving License and car mandatory. </li><li>Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi, rules, regs &amp; compliance, as well as key contractors &amp; providers</li><li>Electrical Engineer Preferred. </li><li>Willing to innovate to provide higher standards of service than the market average</li><li>Numerate, with attention to detail, &amp; clear record keeping skills</li><li>Highly literate with strong communication skills – able to easily converse &amp; adapt dialogue respectively with contractors, property managers, tenants and present to clients</li><li>Microsoft Office – Good Knowledge</li><li>Experience using Infuma, Autocad and CAFM, Reflection<br><br></li></ul><strong>Skills, Knowledge And Experience<br></strong><ul><li>4 years’ experience in the relevant field. </li><li>Must be based in Abu Dhabi . </li><li>Driving License and car mandatory. </li><li>Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi, rules, regs &amp; compliance, as well as key contractors &amp; providers</li><li>Electrical Engineer Preferred. </li><li>Willing to innovate to provide higher standards of service than the market average</li><li>Numerate, with attention to detail, &amp; clear record keeping skills</li><li>Highly literate with strong communication skills – able to easily converse &amp; adapt dialogue respectively with contractors, property managers, tenants and present to clients</li><li>Microsoft Office – Good Knowledge</li><li>Experience using Infuma, Autocad and CAFM, Reflection</li></ul>
