Title: Facility Project Manager / Engineer

Background requirements:

  • Maintenance Engineering/ Facility management
  • Degree: Mechanical engineer
  • Enrollment in “order of engineers and architects” is a plus
  • Experience in residential and commercial electromechanical systems
  • Experience in maintenance, facility management and contracting
  • Years of Experience: 3-5 years

Job description brief:

  • Implementation of repair and renovation and repair works
  • Leading a team of technician
  • Maintenance plan implementation and technical supervision
  • Communication and negotiations with clients and suppliers
  • Leading a team of technician in a tight schedule
  • Mechanical and electrical systems design experience is a plus

Languages requirements: Arabic, French and English
