Job Summary

The Facilities Management Coordinator  is responsible for overall facility management coordination and maintain all the documentation related to Facilities Management.  This position will be working with vendors and facility management personnel while overseeing general facilities maintenance.

Job Responsibilities 1

  1. Provides assistance in the day to day running of a facilities management contract
  2. Assists in the coordination of a multicultural workforce across the contract including MEP, Cleaning and Security personnel
  3. Ensures service levels are met in accordance with the contract
  4. Liaises with the client on all matters providing a high level of customer service at all times
  5. Ensures all filing (electronic and paper) is up to date
  6. Manages and supports the Site Coordinator function to ensure alignment of information and implementation.

Job Knowledge & Skills

• Facilities Management experience of both hard and soft services.

• Have excellent written and spoken English.

• Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint

• Knowledge of Building management and Facility and Maintenance operations.

• SAP familiarity preferred

• Experience working with vendors/contractors

• ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
