Job Description Qualifications:
Boeing Saudi Arabia (BSA) is seeking an Experienced Field Service Representative in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia for technical field support of F-15SA aircraft.
FSRs are the in-person Boeing “face” to the customer. This Boeing Field Service Representative position is ideally suited to professionals with industry experience looking for career growth, enhancement, and challenges within the industry. Successful candidate will also have the ability to coach others on maintenance of the F-15 Aircraft.
Employment initial contract is one year and contingent for renewal for the next 2 years.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Function as a liaison between Boeing and the Customer.
- Monitors product performance and makes recommendations for resolution of potential issues.
- Analyzes technical data and evaluates maintenance procedures.
- Support maintenance personnel with troubleshooting of various aircraft systems and components.
- Resolve maintenance and operational issues.
- Must be able to read schematics, drawings and knowledge of fighter aircraft support and test equipment.
- Provide field service representation and technical support to the customer and initiate corrective actions to ensure customer satisfaction with company products and services.
- Utilize multi-discipline, technical expertise, and company knowledge to assist the customer to achieve and sustain a high level of proficiency in the operational and maintenance field.
- Understand customer expectations and assist the customer in interpreting and using support data and documents.
- Provide technical on-the-job and ad-hoc training and act as the on-site liaison between the company and customer personnel of widely varying backgrounds to gain resolution of significant technical and operational issues.
- Work unsupervised for extended periods of time in a wide variety of environments.
- Develop excellent relationships across multiple organizations and with all levels of the military customer to ensure customer satisfaction with products and services.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at King Abdulaziz Air Base in Dhahran, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.
Traveling is expected up to 20% of the working time.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 5 years radar system knowledge and experience.
- Minimum 5 years F-15 maintenance experience.
- 5 or more years’ experience maintaining military aircraft.
- Must be proficient in reading schematics, drawings and use fighter aircraft support and test equipment.
- Requires the ability to work independently in a demanding, on-call, 24 hour per day operational environment.
- Must be willing to work outside of normal working hours to support the RSAF.
- Must be willing to travel to other US and foreign operating locations to assist with the customer’s mission and maintenance demands as well as the recovery of disabled aircraft.
- Requires proficiency in Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel and others as needed.
Typical Education/ Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years’ related work experience, 10 years’ related work experience, etc.).

Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S.-based payroll and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications and in accordance with applicable Saudi Arabia law.
