Export sales specialist

Job Description

<ul><li>Searching for and Contacting new customers and opening new foreign markets for the company’s products. </li><li>Building and collecting customers data, contact customers and offering them our products.</li><li>Make sure that the products are made available in the international markets by analyzing the trends of the customers and developing sales plans and strategies to meet their needs. Identify new business opportunities by tapping the potential customers from different countries.</li><li>Coordinate with the Manager to determine an efficient business plan to achieve all annual sales goals.</li><li>Negotiating prices, payment terms and conditions, ensuring compliance with all procedures of the organization and maintaining clients’ satisfaction.</li><li>Evaluate all customer issues and provide optimal solutions to resolve all.</li><li>Follow up the implementation of the customers’ production orders according to the required specifications and the agreed period with the production team in order to ship customers’ orders at a specific time without delay.</li><li>Prepare all reports for new markets and analyze all competitor activities and submit to manager.</li><li>Manages key client and customer relationships to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.</li><li>Representing the company in all internal and external events, exhibitions, trade visits, and seminars related to the company’s exports.</li></ul><p><br></p>Requirements <strong>A Bachelors degree is a Must.</strong><p><br></p><strong><u>From 0 To 5 Years Of Experience</u></strong><p><br></p><strong>Excellent command of spoken and written <strong>English and any other foreign language<strong>(French, Spanish or etc.)</strong></strong></strong><p><br></p><strong><u>Excellent Communication Skills And Negotiation Skills.</u></strong><p><br></p><strong>Location at Hadayek El Maadi</strong><p><br></p><strong>Working hours from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM</strong><p><br></p><strong>Friday is Day off</strong>
