About the Role

As part of our Sales Team, Export Sales Manager in the agriculture fresh food field with a well-established database of clients and markets. We are currently looking for a dynamic Export Sales Manager, who is passionate about international trade and has the reputation for being a star performer. As an Export Sales Manager you will be an industry expert with a book of business to join our fast-growing company. You will be responsible for the sales and promotion of goods abroad.

What You’ll Do:

  • Find potential clients and convert them into actual customers then follow up to reach a wider client base.
  • Identify new business opportunities by tapping the potential customers from different countries.
  • Analyze and monitor the current global markets and prepare a business plan to identify and develop new sales opportunities for the export.
  • Develop strong relationships and bring in your existing international Customer, distributor base, and possible commercial sales relationships as well as acquiring new customers.
  • Develop new market entry business strategies.
  • Identifies potential markets for farm products to create a new market opportunity.
  • Builds good rapport with the company’s customers in foreign markets, distributors in the assigned market, business to business (B2B), forms a network of customers, and opens new markets for continuous expansion and achieving the company’s export goals.
  • Stays up to date on market trends and competitor activities to increase the reputation of the brand internationally.
  • Design market research constructs, requirements and procedures.
  • Develop customer loyalty plans for international markets.
  • Responsible for the logistics of getting the goods to the purchaser in another country and for ensuring the goods meet the required standards of the importing country.
  • Responsible for the sales and promotion of their company’s goods abroad.
  • Handling all export activities and developing the company’s export sales including researching customers’ needs and requirements.
  • Expert to open new markets, build up a brand from scratch and enhance product image
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery of products.

Best Candidates’ Skills:

  • 7-15 years’ experience in export sales
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
  • Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus.
  • Experience in customer support is A+
  • Proficiency in English Language is a MUST.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Effective report writing skills.
  • Very strong ability in sales and must have a capability to close deals after negotiations.
  • Data Analysis (Excel, Power Query & Power BI) is a plus.
