Job Description
<p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities:<br><br></strong></p><ul><li><p>Develop overall technical strategies for external client projects from technical requirements<br><br></p></li><li><p>Communicate with external clients on a regular basis regarding progress, challenges, timelines and end results of client projects<br><br></p></li><li><p>Direct and oversee local and off-shore developers<br><br></p></li><li><p>Create technical estimations<br><br></p></li><li><p>Present technical strategies to clients and gather technical requirements as needed<br><br></p></li><li><p>Create and update design and functional documents<br><br></p></li><li><p>Identify and troubleshoot issues as needed<br><br></p></li><li><p>Perform a mix of maintenance and new development as required<br><br></p></li><li><p>Implement project applications according to specifications<br><br></p></li><li><p>Research technical issues and provide recommendations to enhance client websites<br><br></p></li><li><p>Work both independently and as part of a team to create reliable and high performing e-commerce & mobile sites<br><br></p></li><li><p>Unit test code to ensure quality<br><br></p></li><li><p>Ability to juggle multiple projects and shifting priorities<br><br></p></li><li><p>Perform code review sessions with other developers and suggest improvements or alternate approaches when appropriate<br><br></p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:<br><br></strong></p><ul><li><p>7 + Years<br><br></p></li><li><p>B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/ MS Degree from a good Institute.<br><br></p></li><li><p>Should be able to handle a team of 3-7 members, if required.<br><br></p></li><li><p>Experience of design patterns and practical implementation knowledge<br><br></p></li><li><p>Excellent hands-on experience in MVC, C#.<br><br></p></li><li><p>Experience in Rest APIs will be plus<br><br></p></li><li><p>Experience in WEB API, SOLID Principle<br><br></p></li><li><p>Exposure to distributed computing, micro services architecture.<br><br></p></li><li><p>Good experience in SQL Server queries, procedures and performance tuning.<br><br></p></li><li><p>Good experience in any ORM, preferably on entity framework<br><br></p></li><li><p>Command of latest web UI technologies (JQuery, responsive frameworks, etc.)<br><br></p></li><li><p>Familiarity with n-tier environment<br><br></p></li><li><p>Understanding of Asp.net is beneficial<br><br></p></li><li><p>Knowledge of any MVC based UI framework ( e.g.angularjs) is added advantage<br><br></p></li><li><p>Versed in Agile methodology<br><br></p></li><li><p>Good analytical and problem solving skills<br><br></p></li><li><p>Should be able to work in challenging environment<br><br></p></li><li><p>Good in web concepts<br><br></p></li><li><p>Experience of .net Core is plus<br><br></p></li><li><p>Experience of azure is plus<br><br></p></li></ul>
