Developing a clear un derstanding of NEOM target audience behaviour and create digital and physical experience design to engage them.<p><br></p>A passionate advocate of live experience design, understanding and crafting the experience journey, from pre, during and post activations.<p><br></p>Working alongside the Events Team and reporting to the Brand Partnerships & Events Director, The Experiential Marketing Manager will bring to life the digital and physical experience tools that drive awareness and understanding for NEOM.<p><br></p><strong>Accountabilities</strong><p><br></p><strong> KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES </strong><p><br></p><strong> STRATEGIC </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> In conjunction with the Brand Partnerships & Events Director, develop the NEOM Brand Experience Plan, creating long-term strategies to develop strong brand affinity </li><li> Evaluate and improve current strategies to ensure they are effective in reaching their intended deliverables. </li><li> Apply critical thinking to understand key objectives and develop a clear set of KPIs that set a road map for success. </li><li> Influence on cross organizational roadmaps and investment priorities. </li><li> Plan and manager large-scale projects; identifying activities that need to be carried out, plus the efforts needed to complete them, in a completely structured way for large-scale and complex projects with multiple work-streams and requiring alignment with other units within Central Marketing. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong> OPERATIONAL </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Conduct research to determine market trends, technologies and audience needs to facilitate increased brand engagement </li><li> Design sophisticated and highly curated experiences for target audience segments that leverage cutting-edge technology </li><li> Establish and optimize processes to monitor all activations and day-to-day operations, ensuring that the concept is consistently and correctly implemented. </li><li> Continuously review audience feedback and operational insights. Providing clear and actionable analysis and insights that can be shared with marketing leads to drive business objectives. </li><li> Ensure coherent data capture strategy and CRM programme in collaboration with NOEM Digital Team. </li><li> In conjunction with the events team, ensure all production is executed as per the agreed production plan and complies to all RAMS. </li><li> Provide guidance and on the job training for junior colleagues and conduct knowledge sharing to facilitate achievement of team objectives and completion of tasks. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong> FINANCIAL </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Assume full responsibility for all required procurement processes </li><li> Assume full responsibility for financial forecasting and budget control </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Background, Skills & Qualifications</strong><p><br></p><strong> Knowledge, Skills and Experience </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Minimum of 6 years of work experience in Marketing Events or Experiential Marketing </li><li> Excellent understanding/ experience of designing and executing Marketing Events and/or Experiential Activations </li><li> Understanding of consumer behaviour and physical UI/UX design </li><li> Strong organizational, time-management and project management skills </li><li> Strong analytical skills and creative mindset </li><li> Strong collaborative skills </li><li> Excellent English verbal and written skills </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Qualifications</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Bachelor’s Degree </li></ul><p><br></p><strong> COMMUNICATION – MAIN STAKEHOLDERS </strong><p><br></p><strong> Internal </strong><p><br></p><strong> External </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Region and Sector Marketing Head </li><li> Region and Sector Business teams </li><li> Corporate Marketing Functional Heads </li><li> Agency Partners / Consultants </li><li> Audience / Guests at Experience Center</li></ul>
