Experiential Design Director

<p>My client is looking for an experienced Experiential Design Director who will be responsible for leading the creative vision, strategy, and delivery of multiple design efforts. </p><p><br></p><p>The successful candidate will come from an events consultancy background like a Auditoire, Dan Bolton, Jack Morton etc.</p><p><br></p><p>This includes overseeing the design team, ensuring that all efforts lead to creative outcomes that are high-quality and on-brand, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure that the user experience is seamless and integrated.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Lead the creative vision for all experiential design projects</li><li>Develop and execute design strategies that meet the needs of the business and the user</li><li>Oversee the design team and ensure that they are meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work</li><li>Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that the user experience is seamless and integrated</li><li>Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in experiential design</li><li>Present design concepts to stakeholders and clients</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>10+ years of experience in experiential design</li><li>Proven track record of leading and managing design teams</li><li>Strong understanding of user-centered design principles</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Strong attention to detail and quality</li></ul><p></p>
