Job Description:
• Serve as the point of contact of the principals, heads, and school staffs to the CEO.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team ensuring smooth running of operations.
• Manage complex and changing diaries, including scheduling, negotiating appointments and meetings and organizing associated and supporting documentation.
• Taking minutes and compiling agendas for meetings and ensuring follow up tasks from these meetings are carried out accurately and promptly.
• Ensure complete, accurate and timely information processing, filing, archiving and retrieval.
