Job Description
- Manage and maintain Executives calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Attend meetings and taking minutes of meeting as needed.
- Translate short reports from Arabic to English and vice versa
- Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the Executive
- Provide support for special projects as assigned
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Ability in managing multiple projects across disciplines, priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
