Executive Pastry Chef – Research and Development

  • Established upscale Middle East restaurant group with multiple restaurant concepts including patisseries in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia
  • Position based in Manama, Bahrain
  • State of the art, fully fledged test kitchen
  • Responsible for research and development of new products for the group’s bakery, pastry and desserts

Requirements

  • Product development experience
  • Must be European
  • Must have experience with high end patisserie, ie Fauchon, Lenotre, Bateel, Laudree, Patchi etc.
  • GCC experience preferred
