Executive Pastry Chef – Research and Development
- Established upscale Middle East restaurant group with multiple restaurant concepts including patisseries in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia
- Position based in Manama, Bahrain
- State of the art, fully fledged test kitchen
- Responsible for research and development of new products for the group’s bakery, pastry and desserts
Requirements
- Product development experience
- Must be European
- Must have experience with high end patisserie, ie Fauchon, Lenotre, Bateel, Laudree, Patchi etc.
- GCC experience preferred
Benefits
- Salary including housing and transport allowance up to 3,500 BHD net per month (9,200 USD)
