Executive Director for Strategy – Real Estate Project

<p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>JOB SUMMARY</strong> </p><p> </p><p>We are seeking an Executive Director for Strategy for a Mega project in Dammam, KSA. The strategy executive director will set the destination strategy (offering, anchors, USP), outreach &amp; reputation management for the project and would have an overarching responsibility over the organization’s strategy, performance, outreach, communications, affiliates and partnerships.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>ROLES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES </strong> </p><p> </p><p>Develop high-level strategy for the project in coordination with CEO</p><p>Develop strategies for each department within the organization and set goals for the project and the departments, for short-and medium-term</p><p>Oversee market research in the industry and track competitors to identify unique value proposition to investors, developers and operators </p><p>Direct the organization performance management cycle in order to ensure effective and efficient goals are set and met and oversee the research of policies, systems and procedures to enhance the KPIs</p><p>Review existing key performance indicators on a periodic basis for each department in order to assess sustainability and achievability of all measures</p><p>Oversee the business intelligence activities to ensure the project is up to date with latest trends, best practices especially in technology, culture, sports, education, health and community management</p><p>Oversee the company performance in terms of Environmental Social and Governance metrics</p><p>Oversee Shareholder &amp; Board relationship Management </p><p>Serve as a single face of the project, to build the relationships with stakeholders in all sectors in order to identify opportunities for business owners in the region/area </p><p>Manage public relations, communications and social media strategy for the project</p><p>Chair BoD with JV partnerships assets with the private sector (for operational and financial oversight)</p><p>Perform any job-related activities as requested by the CEO</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS (MINIMUM) </strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Education</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy or equivalent is required</li><li>Master’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy or equivalent is preferred</li></ul><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 12 years of experience in in Strategic Planning or relevant Management and Project Management Role in major real estate development projects</li></ul><p><strong>Skills and Competencies</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Strong management, leadership and communication skills</p><p>In depth expertise across all phases of projects development </p><p>Ability to liaise effectively with various departments </p><p>Ability to liaise with external stakeholders and public, private partners</p><p>Strong problem-solving, negotiation and relationship management skills</p><p>Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English &amp; Arabic required</p>
