Executive Consultant

Job Description

Our company is seeking an Executive Consultant with 3-5 years of experience in the banking industry, with a focus on customer service and high-end clients. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Russian and have at least 2 years of experience in the UAE.

As an Executive Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with high-end clients. You will serve as a point of contact for clients, handling their requests and inquiries, and offering expert advice on products and services. You will also work closely with other departments to ensure that clients’ needs are met, and maintain a high level of satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-end clients, responding promptly to their inquiries and requests
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, establishing trust and credibility
• Provide expert advice on banking products and services, offering tailored solutions to meet clients’ needs
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients
• Monitor clients’ accounts, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving any issues or concerns
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to stay informed and offer the best possible service to clients
• Attend networking events and build a strong professional network

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in the banking industry, with a focus on customer service and high-end clients
• Fluency in Russian is a must,  and willingness to communicate with Russians is essential
• At least 2 years of experience in the UAE is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
