<strong>Job Description</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>5-7 years of experience in outdoor sales, primarily in the B2B domain, preferably from Automotive, Logistics or Equipment Rental Industry. </li><li>Proven track record of achieving volume targets and KPIs and focusing on specific market segments and meeting deadlines. </li><li>Plan and build a strong sales pipeline to ensure volume and profitability targets are achieved. </li><li>Identify and qualify prospective clients from specific market segments. </li><li>Should be able to guide the customer through the entire sales process cycle right from prospecting to assisting in payment collection. </li><li>Maintain a healthy payment collection cycle with the clients. </li><li>Manage clients as a dedicated Account Manager with utmost service and on-boarding experience. </li><li>Prepare Daily Reports on sales activities, pipeline and customer database. </li><li>Plan and co-ordinate with different departments within the company such as Operations, HSE and Finance to successfully on-board new clients. </li><li>Able to work on sales process tools such as CRM software and SOPs. </li><li>Pro-actively keep track of Market trends &amp; Competitor knowledge and explore new opportunities of business. </li><li>UAE driving license with own car is a must.</li></ul>
