Job Description
The core responsibility is to assist the C Level Executive by performing all administrative and clerical duties required. The role requires flexibility and the ability to deal with a wide variety of Operations tasks.
Experience and Skills.
- 3-4 years of experience as Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant;
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills;
- Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines);
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
- Discretion and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners;
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner;
- Manage executivesβ calendars and set up meetings;
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements;
- Format information for internal and external communication β memos, emails, presentations, reports;
- Take minutes during meetings;
- Organize and carry out projects with minimal instruction;
- Make sound work decisions in accordance with rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
