START WORKING FROM LEBANON, WITH LATER RELOCATION TO THE UAE POSSIBLE (IF DESIRED).</span></p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities which will assist our company’s leadership team.</p><p><br></p><p><strong> Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>English native OR former long-term resident of an English-speaking country OR perfectly fluent;</li><li>Holds a driving license;</li><li>Superbly confident on the PC, incl. when working by yourself; Photoshop, Word, Excel, basic HTML;</li><li>Confident and proactive with people, can assist our sales team, meet and engage clients &amp; colleagues</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong> Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manage all incoming and outgoing calls and emails;</li><li>Schedule travel and plan for events and expos;</li><li>Support our sales and content team;</li><li>Maintain our online portals; attention to detail is a must!</li><li>Coordinate and schedule meetings; meet international clients when they are in the UAE;</li><li>…and one day, run the company!</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Good etiquette and presentable;</li><li>Focused and extremely detail-orientated;</li><li>We don’t care about degrees, whether you have three or none; what matters is who you are today!</li><li>Preferably a background in either hospitality, aviation, entrepreneurship, admin, design, arts or film;</li><li>Ability and passion to travel, including on short notice</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>AED 80,000-100,000/year ($22k-$27k) depending on experience, with regular rises based on performance;</li><li>Basic health insurance and a car (when the business need arises);</li><li>2 Year UAE Residence Visa issued at warp speed;</li><li>A great, supportive team spread around the world; your colleagues will be German, American, Canadian, British, Russian and Filipino.
