Job Title: Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant (PA/EA) – Private Equity<p><br></p>Location: Abu Dhabi<p><br></p><strong>Salary: 20,000 – 22,000 AED/ month </strong><p><br></p>Are you an organized and highly motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment? This is a unique chance to be part of a collaborative and ambitious team, working alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry.<p><br></p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders. </li><li>Communication and Correspondence: Draft and edit emails, memos, presentations, and other business documents with a keen eye for detail and professionalism. Ensure timely and accurate distribution of information. </li><li>Meeting Coordination: Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and presentations. Attend and take minutes in meetings, proactively following up on action items and deadlines. </li><li>Travel Arrangements: Coordinate complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visa arrangements. Anticipate and address any potential issues to ensure smooth travel experiences. </li><li>Expense Management: Monitor and reconcile expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies. Maintain accurate records and assist with budget tracking. </li><li>Project Support: Assist with special projects, research initiatives, and presentations as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and organize data, ensuring project deadlines are met. </li><li>Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information, exercising a high degree of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential matters. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in a private equity or finance-related environment. </li><li>Exceptional Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and handle multiple deadlines simultaneously. </li><li>Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work, from correspondence to meeting preparations. </li><li>Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to compose professional business correspondence and presentations. </li><li>Professionalism and Poise: Demonstrated ability to maintain composure, exercise sound judgment, and handle confidential information with tact and discretion. </li><li>Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with calendar management and online collaboration tools. </li><li>Resourcefulness and Initiative: Proactive problem-solving skills, taking ownership of tasks and demonstrating a high level of initiative. </li><li>Team Player: Collaborative mindset, thriving in a team-oriented environment and fostering positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.</li></ul>
