Position Title: Executive Assistant / Office Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 18K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A private family office providing administrative and advisory services.

Job Description:
β€’ Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and Chairman, including managing their calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, personal errands and family matters
β€’ Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as required (including bio’s, resumes, profiles and presentations)
β€’ Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a professional and efficient work environment
β€’ Coordinate internal and external communications, including drafting emails, meeting memos/summaries, and announcements.
β€’ Manage office budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions and coordinate with office accounting and finance teams to ensure seamless operation.
