A reputable Company located in Mkalles is seeking to recruit an Executive Assistant.
Main Duties:
- Prepare Sales Orders for Samples.
- Prepare Personalization Job Order.
- Assist the Business Development department in preparing Quotations.
- Arrange and organize files and emails received from clients, colleagues, and direct manager.
- Handle office tasks such as generating reports, presentations, setting up for meetings, electronic file management, and incoming or outgoing email.
- Manage Phone messages related to Business Development department.
- Coordinate and Assist clients and staff in different entities.
Skills
- High School degree or equivalent.
- 3 plus years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and meet short deadlines.
- Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and French.
