Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, such as managing calendars and appointments, taking meeting minutes, and managing correspondence.
- Ensure efficient communication and workflow with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct research, coordinate ad-hoc projects, and anticipate potential issues.
- Create reports, compile data for review and presentation, and handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Act as the first point of contact for executive level management.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactivity and the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
