Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support, such as managing calendars and appointments, taking meeting minutes, and managing correspondence.
  • Ensure efficient communication and workflow with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct research, coordinate ad-hoc projects, and anticipate potential issues.
  • Create reports, compile data for review and presentation, and handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Act as the first point of contact for executive level management.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactivity and the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
