Duties and responsibilities:
• Executive Assistant for the group President.
• Conserves Group President’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analysing information; initiating telecommunications.
• Maintains his appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
• Represents the Group President by attending meetings in his absence, speaking for the Group President in inland & overseas.
• Completes projects by assigning work to concerned people and follow up on the results.
• Coordinate with internal staff, external service providers & vendors.
• Secures information by completing data base backups.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Devise and maintain proper office filing system, organising the President’s personal commitments including assisting with household & family duties and errands.
• Various ad hoc requests.
• Preserves all information related to companies, business & President’s personal under strict confidentiality.
