We have some major game-changing projects in the works.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Description: </strong>Our esteemed Entertainment Marketing Company in Dubai is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant (EA) to join our team. As an EA, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our company, and facilitating effective communication. The successful candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ol><li>Calendar management and scheduling: Efficiently organize appointments, meetings, and events for the team.</li><li>Email and correspondence management: Handle incoming emails and correspondence with efficiency, prioritizing and responding to inquiries as necessary.</li><li>Meeting coordination and preparation: Coordinate and prepare for meetings by creating agendas, preparing relevant documents, and distributing materials.</li><li>Travel arrangements and logistics: Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for team members.</li><li>Document and file management: Ensure proper organization and maintenance of electronic and physical files, retrieving information as required.</li><li>Meeting minutes: Take accurate minutes during meetings and distribute them promptly to relevant stakeholders.</li><li>Team management and coordination: Assist in managing and coordinating the team by organizing team meetings, tracking project progress, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.</li><li>Procurement support: Assist in procurement activities, including sourcing vendors, obtaining quotes, and processing purchase orders.</li><li>Expense management: Efficiently manage and track expenses, ensuring adherence to budget guidelines and company policies.</li><li>HR and visa processing: Possess an understanding of HR and visa processing procedures to support the team when required.</li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience and Skills:</strong></p><p>· 3-5 years of demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant in the UAE, preferably in an Entertainment/media /event company.</p><p>· A graduation degree is mandatory.</p><p>· Possession of a valid driving license is mandatory.</p><p>· Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking capabilities.</p><p>· Strong multitasking skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.</p><p>· Thriving under pressure: Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.</p><p>· Resourceful and eager to expand knowledge of the business.</p><p>· Demonstrates cultural awareness and sensitivity in professional interactions.</p><p>· Willingness to embrace and align with company culture and values.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Perks &amp; Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive compensation package comprising a base salary.</li><li>Enjoy a stimulating work environment with a talented, multicultural team of professionals!</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you truly believe that you possess the necessary qualities and qualifications for this position, we encourage you to submit your application at pioneerconsultant.hr@gmail.com</p><p><strong>Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further evaluation.</strong></p>
