Executive Management Assistant responsibilities include: <br><br>• Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners <br><br>• Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner <br><br>• Managing executives’ calendars and set up meetings <br><br>Job brief <br><br>We are looking for an Executive management Assistant to perform a variety of administrative managment tasks and support our company’s senior manager. <br><br>Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports. <br><br>To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.<br><br>Responsibilities <br><br>• Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners <br><br>• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner <br><br>• Manage managers’ calendar and set up meetings including travel and accommodation arrangements.<br><br>• Candidates for this role need to showcase organizational excellence, as well as a professional attitude and great time management skills. <br><br>• Should be able to juggle managers scheduling conflicts with grace and creativity. <br><br>• Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports <br><br>• Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports including followups to oversee task assigned to others in the team are executed in time.<br><br>• Take minutes during meetings and streamlining and implementing processes. <br><br>• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence as well organize and maintain the report filing system. <br><br>• You would be working closely with your manager in overseeing projects and anticipating business needs. <br><br>• You would be focused more on task management and administrative duties. <br><br>• Should be able to handle confidential information and needs to be an expert in managing complex schedules. <br><br>• Have the ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and juggle multiple responsibilities is essential. <br><br>Requirements and skills <br><br>• Should have min 2-5 years of experience in the similar profile. <br><br>• Should be familiar with basic computer programs like Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Zoom Cloud meetings, and calendar management tools . You of course aren’t supposed to be a programming expert, but you should definitely be familiar with clerical tools that the execs or people you’re supporting use on a daily basis. <br><br>• Outstanding organizational and time management skills <br><br>• Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines) <br><br>• Excellent verbal and written communications skills <br><br>• Discretion and confidentiality <br><br>• High School degree <br><br>• PA diploma or certification is a plus
