<strong>Roles &amp; Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department</li><li>Managing the executives calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters</li><li>Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, </li><li>Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails,and preparing communications on the Managing Direcoters behalf</li><li>Communicating with teams and assisting with project management</li><li>Managing and facilitating a large volume of email replies</li><li>Reviewing agreement and reports</li><li>Problem-solving and decision making</li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask </li><li>Make travel and accommodation arrangements of Managing Director</li><li>Oversee the performance of other clerical staff </li><li>Take minutes during meetings<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Experience, Qualifications &amp; Skills</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Self-motivated, proactive, and forward-thinking</li><li>Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel</li><li>Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of internal and external contacts</li><li>Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced team environment</li><li>Discrete concerning confidential or sensitive information</li><li>Extremely detail oriented and organized</li><li>Certified with PMP Course<br></li></ul>
