Job Description

Carries out daily trade operations which cover all stages of order processing (Booking All APEX Digital and OOH Campaign on Navision)

Responsible for all Material and tags to be shared with the digital and OOH partners.

Aligning with Agency operation team on all APEX TV bookings.

Controlling costs through continuous improvement initiatives to identify and eliminate waste.

Vouching invoices and billing to the agency to be managed on time.

Monthly report to be shared with the team that includes all figures updated every first week of the month.

Aligning with the digital planners once the campaign ends to share the report and request invoices from the suppliers.

Build relationship with all suppliers to ensure that we are being invoiced on time.

Support with Salesforce data upload 

 

Main Tasks

Technical & Product

– Know how to use Navision and Sales force

– Know how to use Microsoft excel /creating pivot table

Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency

– Recommended Talent to have at least one year experience on Navision.

Innovative & Analytical Mindset

– Being innovative in building templates to track our billings and unbilled statements.

– Managing his time and prioritizing his/her work efficiently.
