You will be responsible for planning, directing, coordinate the budget activities concerned with the installation, maintenance, and teardown of specialized event industry jobs. Participate in the conceptual development of the project and oversee its organization, scheduling, and implementation.</li><li>Working closely with the AES Middle East Sector Lead, Regions Operations team and sales team to ensure the efficient and cost-effective deployment of resources to successful meet the operational and financial objectives of the projects.</li><li>Provide account management support the sales team, as required.<br></li></ul><strong>We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience:<br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualifications</li><li>A Project Management qualification is highly desirable but not essential</li><li>Experience managing or coordinating projects, possibly gained over a period of 4 years or longer</li><li>Experience of major events or in similar role, possibly gained over a period of 4 years or longer</li><li>Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously is highly desirable</li><li>Financial skills to manage and optimize budgets and profit margins</li><li>Demonstrated delivery of business success using a network of key contacts within the Events sector</li><li>Experience working with generators, HVAC systems, and/or electrical distribution systems is a plus</li><li>Experience in the heavy equipment rental industry is a plus</li><li>Event production understanding and proven experience</li><li>Confident to manage teams directly and remotely</li><li>Managing in a Health and Safety culture</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office</li><li>Must hold a full valid driving license</li><li>Willing and able to travel extensively within Saudi Arabia.</li><li>High standard of both spoken and written English language</li><li>Middle East experience is desired</li><li>Effective planning organizational and time management skills</li><li>Quality oriented with attention to details and capable of working to deadlines</li><li>Capable of working on his/her own initiative</li><li>Able to work long hours in demanding conditions<br></li></ul>We recruit the best talent.
