CASHIN is a promising Fintech Company with a current portfolio of more than 10K B2B customers within the SMEs’ sector and soon will be introducing new products and services to serve other segments – we are working in alignment with ZATCA and SAMA to deliver the Kingdom’s 2030 vision to realize 80% Digital Payments by 2030. We have 85 FTEs’ and do have greater ambitions to expand and grow further.

Title: Event & PR Officer

Duties & Responsibilities:

 

–     Develop a complete understanding of the requirements for every event

–     Research vendors and make selections based on their creativity, quality, and cost

–     Book venues, schedule guests, draft and finalize contracts, and lock down day-of logistics

–     Develop content for event materials and work with graphic designer to produce

–     Hire personnel as needed across all functions of an event

–     Handle internal communications output

–     Work with marketing to publish timely company information, such as memos and company directives

–     Ensure workers are engaged in company initiatives

–     Ensure consistent framing of messages

–     Assist in locating and leasing with freelancers, influencers, and outsourcers

–     Develop and implement strategies to maintain the company’s public image

–     Write and distribute detailed press releases, promotional social media posts, and fact sheets

–     Cultivate strong relationships with media outlets and journalists to ensure efficient communication and maximum coverage

–     Maintain an up-to-date press list of journalists, influencers, and other members of the media in related field

 

Requirements and Qualifications:

 

–     Minimum of a bachelor’s in public relations, journalism, or a related discipline

–     Minimum of 3 years of experience in PR, events management, or similar role

–     Proven track record of creative, successful events

–     Excellent knowledge of public relations best practices, brand management, and media

–     Ability to work well in a team environment

–     Highly developed attention to detail

–     Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

–     Great interpersonal, communication, negotiating, and multitasking skills.
