<u>Client:<br><br></u>Our client is a luxurious, multinational property development company located in the United Arab Emirates. They are seeking an experienced Events Marketing Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in promoting high-end events and working with luxury brands.<br><br><u>Your Responsibilities:<br></u><ul><li> Develop and execute event marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive attendance for events. </li><li>Work closely with the sales team to ensure that our events are successful and aligned with our business objectives. </li><li>Develop and manage budgets for each event and ensure that all expenses are within budget. </li><li>Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure that we receive the best possible value for our money. </li><li>Manage the marketing campaigns for each event, including email marketing, social media, advertising, and PR. </li><li>Develop event branding and collateral materials, including signage, brochures, and promotional items. </li><li>Manage event registration and attendee tracking, including developing registration pages and managing attendee lists. </li><li>Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure that events run smoothly. </li><li>Analyze the effectiveness of each event and report on key metrics, such as attendance, lead generation, and ROI. </li><li>Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in event marketing. <br><br></li></ul><u>Your Qualification/Requirements <br></u><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field. </li><li>5+ years of experience in event marketing, preferably in a B2B environment. </li><li>Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. </li><li>Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write and edit marketing materials. </li><li>Experience managing budgets and negotiating contracts with vendors. </li><li>Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools. </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team. </li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. <br><br></li></ul><u>Halian Group:<br><br></u>With over 20 years of experience, we have come to understand that innovation is the only way to provide agile, practical solutions that transform businesses and careers.<br><br>Our resourcing and smart services help you to realize tomorrowβs potential.
