<strong>Organization- Grand Hyatt Dubai</strong><p><br></p><strong>Summary</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Proactively finding opportunities and leads for business growth by creating and maintaining your customer database </li><li> Achieving personal sales targets by converting leads into a business opportunity </li><li> Understanding client needs and providing a proposal which best suits their requirements </li><li> Conducting event space site inspections outlining our unique selling points to the client </li><li> Planning an event successfully from beginning to end using the hotel’s event management system </li><li> Handling a group movement in the hotel with attentive care </li><li> Ensuring a well-executed event which exceeds customers’ expectations </li><li> Communicating effectively and working closely with all concerned operations departments in the hotel </li><li> Handling guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems </li><li> Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and hotel policies </li><li> Maintaining positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Qualifications</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Experience as a sales executive may be advantageous. </li><li> Passion for the hospitality industry and eagerness to learn </li><li> An eye for detail </li><li> Be well spoken and an enthusiastic speaker </li><li> Be comfortable with computer literacy </li><li> Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills </li><li> Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills </li><li> The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines </li><li> Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations are an advantage</li></ul>
