Job Description
EgyBell is hiring Event Planner & Sales Representative for an entertainment operator located in Cairo.
The Events Planner will be responsible for planning and executing Events/Birthdays. His/her main responsibilities will include serving as an event expert and working to find new sales leads, through “cold calling” for new clients and visiting clients (Schools/Corporates) in the field.
Job Description:
Timely attend all the telephone calls using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate telephone etiquette. Understand the fundamental principles of Company’s Quality Policy Statement and implement them for conformity to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 requirements. Committed to the principle of never-ending improvement in services quality, reliability and guest service excellence. Provide guest services in line with Company’s adopted Quality Policy statement to exceed their expectations and build their loyalty. Should be able to handle minor technical issues related to the machines. Should be able to handle minor incidents and report to the supervisor on duty. Should be aware of the Evacuation plan as per facility manual and Mall/Shopping Center instructions. Is aware and has conducted a training on safety measures, incidents and emergency procedures and communication procedures. Ensure that nonconforming outputs to established Quality and Health & Safety requirements are identified and controlled to prevent their unintended use and delivery. Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager. Keep the birthday themes updated with the market needs. To Plan ahead of time for the yearly occasional events and holidays in order to decorate and run related events accordingly
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in BA or Technical degree in hospitality management or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience Fluency in English & Arabic Must be articulate; keen attention to detail Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously and independently Excellent listening and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, maintain a pleasant, professional attitude towards customers and co-workers
