KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

β€’ Develop and execute event marketing strategies to increase awareness, generate leads, and drive attendance for events.
β€’ Manage the marketing campaigns for each event, including email marketing, social media, and PR.
β€’ Develop event branding and collateral materials, including signage, brochures, and other assets.
β€’ Build effective marketing plans to support all facets of the event – delegate campaigns, sponsorship marketing campaigns etc.
β€’ Conducting proper analysis of campaigns to ensure targets for revenue and lead generation are met.
β€’ Create the marketing strategy and integrated marketing plans, to deliver key marketing and business objectives for the area and support the team in developing strategic data-driven marketing plans with clear KPIs and marketing goals.
β€’ Managing the CRM system to build qualified segments
β€’ Develop and maintain event-specific websites, landing pages, and registration portals, ensuring a user-friendly experience and smooth registration process.
β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including event production, sales, and design, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of marketing efforts.
β€’ Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to leverage additional marketing resources and channels for maximum reach and impact.
β€’ Monitor event marketing budgets, track expenses, and provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
β€’ Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in event marketing.
