<p><strong>Manager – Events / AI/Blockchain/IoT</strong></p><p><strong>Dubai </strong></p><p><strong>20K-30K p/month + benefits</strong></p><p><br></p><p>I am working with a unique client based here in Dubai who is looking to add a Manager with a passion for organizing events within the AI/Blockchain/IoT space. </p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events that showcase advancements in AI, Blockchain, and IoT. </p><p><br></p><p>Working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure the successful implementation of their event strategies. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with industry experts, engage with global stakeholders, and contribute to the growth of the company.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive event strategies aligned with the company’s objectives and target audience within the AI, Blockchain, and IoT sectors.</li><li>Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of event management, including venue selection, budgeting, scheduling, logistics, vendor management, and post-event evaluations.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging event content, such as keynote presentations, panel discussions, workshops, and demonstrations.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, sponsors, and speakers to ensure high-quality event participation.</li><li>Manage onsite event operations, including registration, audiovisual setup, catering, and attendee experience.</li><li>Conduct post-event evaluations, analyze feedback, and generate reports to measure the success of each event.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to identify new event opportunities.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications: </strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>A minimum of 5 years of experience in planning and managing high-level events,</li><li>preferably with international organizations.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Business, Communications, or a related field is required.</li><li>Proficient in event planning software and platforms.</li><li>Proven experience in event management, preferably within the technology industry or related fields.</li><li>Strong understanding of the AI, Blockchain, and IoT industries, with knowledge of key players, trends, and challenges.</li><li>Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and event attendees.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If this is you, then please apply to be contacted with further information.</p>
