Job Description

The Production at AM Agency is responsible for managing the company’s studio space and coordinating the logistics of various projects. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with clients and teams to ensure a smooth and successful project.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Have the knowledge in how to produce print materials
  • Have the knowledge in how to produce display booths and event production
  • Take production orders from clients
  • Communicate with production agencies and be the point of contact for vendors and suppliers
  • Get price quotations from production agencies
  • Supervise production agency progress
  • Assure the delivery of top-quality finish on requested tasks
  • Assure the delivery of all requested items from the vendors
  • Complete final checks on day of events to ensure everything meets standards
  • Assure the dismantling post event
  • Know the basics of event and booth production and installation

Skills

  • Previous working experience in an event management company
  • Ability to work long hours when needed
  • Comfortable with flexible work hours
  • Great negotiating skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Bilingual
  • Driving license
