We focus on understanding our client’s challenges and developing custom solutions powered by Salesforce to transform their sales, service and marketing capabilities by exploring data and identifying trends, managing customer life cycles, strategically building and leveraging online communities, driving employee engagement and collaboration, and connecting directly with channel partners to share goals, objectives, and activities in a secure, branded location.
– At least 6 years of hands-on development experience in implementing business logic in APEX, creating LW components, creating VF pages, performing configuration on the Salesforce platform
– Open-minded team player with a strong track record in leading developer teams during complex IT implementation projects
– Capable to design architecture of technical solutions based on strong understanding of business processes
– Ability to estimate project scope, work independently on offers and make reliable quotes.
– Proven experience in object oriented programming
– Clear understanding of Model View Controller architecture
– Competency in relational databases and SQL
– Knowledge of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies
