Job Purpose
This Position exists to perform estimation direction to precise and dependable output. and negotiate with suppliers and clients.
Analysis to evaluate all necessary specifications, drawings, and challenges and create solutions to prepare the precise commercial offer to win a project, taking into consideration all cost-related aspects. efficiently, on time, and with quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.
Key Accountability Areas
β Preparation of Quotation for client submittal as per documents received (BOQ, specifications, and drawings).
β Demonstrate creativity and resourcefulness to gain better deals thru/from purchasing/suppliers.
β Review project details and drawings with the sales and coordination team and highlight areas of concern.
β Receiving all tasks (New project, revised the project, suspect variation, project budgeting & breakdown)
β Preparation of budget & details (including materials, fabrication, installation, and technical) for other departments to use/refer to as their main guideline.
β Project cost estimates material and manpower requirements for proposal and change/variation orders.
β Manage multiple opportunities and perform as a liaison between customer expectations and the factory.
β Log proposals into the system database for cost tracking and historical information.

β Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
β Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
β Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.

β Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.
Quality:
β Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.
Business Process Improvements:
β Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.
Compliance:
β Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.
Health, Safety and Environment:
β Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
Academic Qualification
β Bachelor Degree in Business Management or Any relevant field
