Position Title:Estimation Engineer
Employment Type: Fulltime
Salary: up to 6K all-inclusive depending on experience and qualification

An international manufacturing company mainly focused on industrial machineries with facilities across UK, US, and Middle East.
For Job Ad Posting:
- Make accurate estimates and preparation of the Tenders for the Service of Heat Exchangers in the Oil & Gas industry, service, repair, shutdowns, and turnarounds.
- Attend tender meetings with clients and provide clarifications to commercial and technical queries till the award of the project.
- Prepare Bill Of Materials through understanding of material involved, material requisition for procurement, and coordination with procurement department.
- Calculation of man-hour requirement for fabrication, requirement of consumables, NDT, heat treatment, internal /external coating, and calculation of production cost.
- Prepare sub-contract enquiries and obtain quotations for sub-contract products and activities (insulation work, special type of internal lining, stress relieving, etc.).
Skills
Qualifications
- Male, 45 years old and below
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Similar
- At least 4-5 years of experience in Static Equipment Estimation
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of Heat Exchangers
- Good understanding of Heat Exchangers and Pressure Vessels in the Oil, Gas, Power and Petrochemical industry including the design, construction and engineering aspects.
- Good understanding of all types of materials in ASME/ ASTM Sec II Part A&B – Carbon steel, stainless steel, Super Duplex and Duplex grades, Titanium, Incoloy, Inconel, hastelloy, Cupro-Nickel and Clad materials.
- Thorough and sound understanding of Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers as per API 660, TEMA, ASME U & U2, R.
- Open to overseas candidates
- Home country experience is accepted
