<p>Title: Estimation Engineer – Interior Fit-Out Company</p><p>Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates</p><p>We are a leading interior fit-out company based in Dubai, specializing in creating exceptional spaces for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimation Engineer to join our team.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p> Prepare accurate cost estimations and tender documents for interior fit-out projects.</p><p>路 Conduct thorough quantity take-offs, material pricing, and labor cost analysis.</p><p>路 Collaborate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimations.</p><p>路 Review project specifications, drawings, and related documentation to ensure precise estimations.</p><p>路 Research and source materials and subcontractor quotes to maintain a comprehensive pricing database.</p><p>路 Assist in value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.</p><p>路 Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and industry standards in the interior fit-out sector.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>路 Bachelor’s degree in architectural /Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, </li><li>Proven experience as an Estimation Engineer in the interior fit-out industry, preferably in Dubai.</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction materials, methodologies, and cost estimation techniques.</li><li>Proficiency in estimation software and tools (AutoCAD, Primavera, costX, etc.).</li><li>Detail-oriented with the ability to ensure accurate quantities and cost calculations.</li><li>Effective communication skills.</li><li>Three – five years of proven experience in interior fit out & joinery estimation.</li><li>Driving license is an added value</li></ul><p>We look forward to reviewing your application and welcoming you to our team of talented professionals dedicated to delivering excellence in interior fit-out projects.</p>
