Job Description

Briefly, we are looking for someone who has experience as a skin therapist to work as sales manager and trainer in our showroom/academy located in Clémenceau, Gefinor in Beirut. <br><br>We are a showroom that features several professional-use skincare brands (products and machines), B2B sold exclusively to skin experts and doctors. We also provide professional education and training such as skincare courses. <br><br>Requirements: <br>- At least 5+ years experience as a skin therapist <br>- Fluent in English, Arabic, French is a plus <br>- Medical background such as nursing, biochemistry, pharmacy, cosmetology, etc. is preferable<br>- Certified legally and from a reputable cosmetology/skincare school <br>- Is presentable, well-spoken, and patient with customers and their inquiries <br>- Willing to multi-task (showroom management and sales, training, assist in marketing, etc.) <br>- Resides in Beirut <br>- Has a drive to learn about the newest products and technology in the beauty/health industry especially skin <br><br>Role:<br>- Create and maintain a professional, welcoming experience for showroom customers<br>- Properly maintain and update showroom displays<br>- Maintain showroom appearance, including organization, and cleanliness<br>- Oversee showroom operations, including day to day maintenance<br>- Maintain current knowledge of inventory and sales trends<br>- Conduct sales meetings with clients<br>- Develop and maintain business relationships<br>- Develop new business leads<br>- Present workshops and trainings for prospects <br><br>Responsibilities:<br>- Oversee all aspects of the dealership’s showroom, including merchandising, floor layout, products displayed, displays, and the space’s overall appearance and ambiance<br>- Handle customer sales and purchase requests<br>- Maintain and manage inventory<br>- Assist with marketing and promotions, including digital marketing <br>- Assist clients online <br>- Present workshops and trainings to clients on our products and machines <br>- Perform other duties as assigned<br><br><br>Send your resume to info@tachapro.com
