ESS Sales Supervisor – MENA
Job Description
<p><strong><u>Main Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ol><li>Responsible for overseas market development and sales of ESS products and solutions, and promote our products through various channels for the Middle East and North Africa markets;</li><li>Providing product intelligence for existing clients and working alongside different consultants and stakeholders to allocate opportunities.</li><li>Develop new customers in the MENA region, maintain customer relationships, regularly communicate with customers about market trends, understand customer needs and respond in a timely manner;</li><li>Analyzing regional utility and C&I tenders and working with product management team to develop and improve company’s products and solutions.</li><li>Have a good sense of teamwork, effectively coordinate with internal resources, lead the completion of ESS solutions and introduce our solutions to customers in the early stage of the project, lead the contract negotiation and complete the sales of target products.</li><li>Conduct project tracking after signing the order, assist and coordinate with In-sales and After-sales teams to meet customers’ demand, control project progress, and maintain after-sales relationship.</li><li>Complete the special work assigned by the Headquarter, cooperate to promote the sales progress, and complete the sales target.</li><li>Complete other work arranged by superior leaders.</li></ol><p> </p><p><strong><u>Requirements:</u></strong></p><ol><li>Bachelor’s degree of Electrical/Mechanical/Energy Engineering or above, with at least 2 years working experience in ESS industry in MENA region;</li><li>Familiar with the MENA energy storage market and industry information, and have a certain understanding of energy storage technology;</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills in Arabic, English and French;</li><li>Adapt to the frequent business trips in the region.</li><li>Have a pioneering spirit, be proactive and self-driven, have strong self-confidence, and have the ability to plan and manage.</li></ol>
